After fortifying his knowledge in trial litigation, he served for three years as Assisting Counsel to the Standing Counsel for the State of Maharashtra before the Supreme Court of India, a role that demanded precision, institutional responsibility, and a deep understanding of governmental litigation and policy-related disputes. Throughout his litigation career, Mr.Joseph carried his independent practice in Trial Courts, Tribunals and Forums parallel with the responsibilities held in the respective offices he worked, thereby building a loyal clientele. Mr.Joseph is currently empanelled with Punjab National Bank, NBCC and GAIL, as well as Pvt. Ltd companies in Delhi, Bombay & Kochi.
